U.S. Reception and Placement


CWS works in collaboration with the US Department of State to resettle refugees from across the globe, here in the United States. This program requires the greatest community and volunteer support to help each refugee with physical and emotional needs and to help during their transition of starting a new life in the United States.





CWS assists refugees with:

  • Housing and basic needs assistance
  • Enrollment in school
  • Medical attention
  • Job skills building and job placement
  • Financial assistance
