Legal Services

The CWS Southeast Legal Department provides legal assistance through various programs and consists of licensed attorneys, Department of Justice Accredited Representatives, paralegals and legal support staff. The legal department provides services in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Delray Beach, Tampa, Jacksonville and Kissimmee, Florida.

  • The program’s purpose is to assists eligible individuals achieve economic self-sufficiency and social adjustment within a short time after their arrival in the United States.
  •  Services are free of charge for eligible individuals.
